HIMSS – Avosys President & CEO is the cofounder of San Antonio Chapter of HIMSS and serves on the Board of Directors. The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) is a not-for-profit organization focused on providing global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and management systems for the betterment of healthcare. HIMSS membership provides opportunities to engage a network of 35,000+ like-minded professionals and more than 520 member companies and organizations representing the pulse of the industry.

AFCEA – Avosys’ executive team is involved in this organization’s forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, IT, intelligence, and global security.

San Antonio Greater Chamber of Commerce – Since 1894, The Chamber has served businesses by helping to create a business-friendly environment, promoting local business and providing events and tools for new businesses relocating to San Antonio. SAGCC has almost 1,750 members strong and growing.

San Antonio North Chamber of Commerce – Founded in 1974, the North Chamber had the foresight to anticipate San Antonio’s future growth beyond downtown, and have continued to play a major role in shaping and defining solutions for urban and quality of life issues including transportation infrastructure, water quality and supply, energy diversification, economic and workforce development, health and wellness, technology and education.
