Avosys offers eligible employees two tiers of medical coverage plans. One is a Base High Deductible (HDHP) option and the other is a PPO Premier option. Both plans provide 100% preventative care coverage in Network. Our Dental plan provides coverage for preventative, basic, and major work. Our vision plan includes exams and offers allowances for frames and contact lenses. We pay a significant portion of the premiums for medical coverage. The nationwide plans are easy to use due to its access to various medical professionals and coverage extent.
Short and Long Term Disability
Employees may elect short and long term disability coverage. Short and Long Term Disability replaces a portion of your income in the event that you are out of work due to illness or injury.
Employees are automatically enrolled in company paid basic life insurance. Supplemental life insurance is also offered for those who desire more coverage or wish to add coverage for their dependents. Optional Critical Illness and Accident Care plans are available.
All Avosys employees have the opportunity to defer into their 401(k) retirement account as part of Avosys 401(k) Contractor retirement plan. For 2018, employee can immediately defer up to $18,500 Avosys offers company match to eligible employees.
Paid Time Off and Holidays
Paid time off benefits may vary depending on employee status and length of employment. T en paid holidays are observed per calendar year.
